On-Site Service

ImageStream offers several on-site services including consulting, support, training, and installation. In many cases, ImageStream can provide these services without the additional cost of transporting personnel to your facilities. In some cases, however, you may require paid on-site service, and ImageStream is prepared to satisfy your on-site service requirements.

On-site services include remedial parts replacement, installation of mandatory engineering, software and factory changes, and labor for installation. ImageStream customers can take advantage of our on-site services with a guaranteed 4-hour response time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, based on available travel/delivery arrangements.

Warranty Service

• No labor charges for installation of mandatory engineering, software or factory changes
• Reasonable travel expenses (airline tickets, rental car)
• Lodging expenses (maximum of $125/day)
• Meal expenses (maximum of $50/day)
• Free replacement parts (if required)

Non-Warranty Service

• Hourly rate: $150/hour
• Reasonable travel expenses (airline tickets, rental car)
• Lodging expenses (maximum of $125/day)
• Meal expenses (maximum of $50/day)
• Cost of replacement parts (if required)
